What is in a report

The features your disclosure was searched on, in your own numbering, with how confident the reading was about each.
Closest references first, then the rest, each with its filing date, its abstract as the register holds it, and a link to the document.
Which of your features each reference bears on.
A plain-language summary of what the closest documents mean.
A note of anything the search could not establish.

What this cannot tell you

Whether your invention is patentable. That is a legal judgement about your claims as they end up being written, and it is made by a patent attorney and ultimately by an examiner. This finds prior art; it does not weigh it for you.
That nothing else exists. A search finds what it finds. Applications stay unpublished for eighteen months, some registers are not searchable, and non-patent material — a product manual, a conference paper — is largely outside any of them.
Anything about freedom to operate. That is a different search against live claims in force in a particular country, and this is not it.

A report says what was searched for, where, and what came back. Where it is uncertain, it says so. That is worth more to somebody deciding whether to spend twenty thousand on a filing than a confident answer would be.

How paying works

Free reports are used first. You are only asked to pay once they are gone.
One payment, for what you chose. Nothing renews and nothing is stored for a future charge.
Reports you have bought do not expire.
If a report fails to complete, it costs you nothing — pick it up again from your drafts.
